There needs to be an approval by Cal Expo as well.

That part is a certainty. There is absolutly no reason for them to say no. They get new amentities that will help bolster the pathetically bad State Fair.

A developer who is willing to spend a lot of money and not get a return for years until they develop the "other" side of the lot.

So the new home of the Kings is the Tsakapoulos/Oates Arena.

I love free markets. Capitalism RULES!

If they do this right Sacramento will have a great place to go to! Too bad they can't make use of the river that is adjacent to Cal Expo (ie a riverwalk). I won't say "can't" but the land going up to the river is almost like a wetland. I'm sure it is not suitable for any kind of urbanization.

I just hope that it doesn't have a bunch of chain joints like the cheesy strip malls do. If it does it will fail.
KANGZZZZZ!
