Anytime a player signs an autograph, takes a pic, makes a volunteer public appearance, etc. they're demonstrating a tremendous act of generosity and it should be appreciated as such.

If they don't feel like waving, they shouldn't have to. Sometimes they simply want to be left alone. And people should respect that, and not come on message boards, and whine about players who blow them off -- like those players owe them something.

Listen brah...... you make some valid points...................
BUT
Your also wrong, see I dont want to sit here and say I know I met I have Bull but a few certain people on this board know of certain people I know and I met on regular bases.
Celeberties are people just like me and you with talents and lucky breaks they have gotten in their lives, you know why cause I know 2 of my best friends that I knew since I was a kid and they got a lucky break in their life being at the right place at the right time. Sure they had the talent but they started life just like everyone else did and now they are both famous actors.

I have met many many celeberties whether from the work I do or from people I know.
Peps talk about Kobe being arrogant, he isnt.
I have met Kobe before he steppped on the NBA court and I have met Kobe and Shaq many times during the 3 peat era.
I have seen and spoke to Kobe just last year and guess what?? He is still the same Kobe when I met him, he doesnt know me on a friend bases but he knows me when I speak to him about the times I have met him when and where, YET HE DOESNT CHANGE. Not with me or anyone else that is around us at that time, he threats everyone with the same respect and kindness.
L.O Robert Horry I have partied with both of these guys and if you didnt know them as pro players you would never guess they were when you partied or hung out with them.
They are down to earth and very humlbe, same goes for Webber, Peja, Valde Divac, Barkley, THE ROCK, Mike Jones, Slim Thug, Twista, Fablous, Chingy, Warren G, Dr Dre, Ice cube all of these peps are good people.
They gain their success the way they represent themselves and associate themselves with their fans.
Shaq....... even though everyone thinks he is down to earth and funny, he isnt too friendly when he is in public, and niether is Amare, other clebes. Most of them are douche bags.

Either this is BS or you're 15 and don't know how to upload a picture. Reading your OP, it can go either way.

Post the proof. Load the picture online at a place like photobucket and then use the "Img" tag on realgm post, putting the image location (link) there.

Are you sure it wasn't this girl? lol

Even though celeb sightings are becoming routine, Reedy admitted she can still get a little star struck at times.

So, it was probably a good thing she didn't recognize Phoenix Suns forward Amaré Stoudemire when she ran into him at an event at a Scottsdale club last year.

"I had no clue who that was," Reedy said with a laugh.

Reedy had asked the star to take a picture of her posing with her friends. As in, he was the one holding the camera.

"He looked at me weird," she said. "And everyone was like 'what are you doing?'"

:D
