Brad (Indianapolis): How do you see the East playoff picture working out, any true shot for the Pacers to sneak into the 8th spot?

SportsNation Chad Ford: (1:14 PM ET ) As bizarre as it sounds ... yes. They are really banged up, but they are still playing hard every night. I thought they were toast without Granger and Dunleavy, but Jarrett Jack has really stepped up. However, if I was a betting man I'd say the Bulls edge out the Bucks, Nets and Pacers for that eighth spot. I'm assuming Detroit and Miami and Philly hold onto spots in the playoffs.

Chad Ford has been on our bandwagon all season, nice to see him sticking with it.

'm glad he thinks we have a chance..and i would like thabeet because then we could finally have a good defensive unit

Yeah, Ford has always been kind of on the Pacers bandwagon. I'm not sure we make it, but I have given up trying to figure out this team. One thing I do know: I want no part of Hasheem Thabeet.

Honestly I could see Philly dropping out of the playoff picture and the Bulls, Bucks, Nets & Pacers fighting for the the 7th and 8th seeds.

JJSG is baaaaack. I think Chad Ford is a bigger Pacer homer than most of us. False, but yeah he has really liked the Pacers all year.

It's not a certainty, but the way we have been performing of late give me great hope towards being playoff bound. We'd need a few factors to work in our favor, but there's definitely a chance of us being there.

I thought we were done when Granger went down... but the team has been playing surprisingly well in his absence. I think we have a good chance of sneaking in.
