Nash was Jekyll/Hide tonight, Shaq was tired late, Hill never got it going, Barbs was inconsistent to say the least.. the rest were just non factors... I still believe, but we need Swift to contribute right away....

enuff said.

Thats what happens when you shoot fadeaways and dont attack the basket......

Exactly my point, why does it seem like when Nash plays the Suns become a turnover machine??

Nash needs to learn how to pass into the post. He can make all the spectacular passes but when it comes giving the ball to to Shaq he seems to forget how to pass. The thing that ticks me off is that this was our game to win. We should of won this game but just like in the playoffs, we can not generate offense in the closing minutes and can't stop anybody. I'm not complaining because I'll take this 100 times over Terry Porters boring crap!

But damn, this was our game to win!

No much difference either way since Magic's starting 3 and 4 are pretty much interchangeable.

Jason Richardson doesn't suck anymore... Eventhough Barbosa has had better nights, he starting to look like he can play some defense. Shaq still looks mobile...Plus Detroit is beating the Nuggets.. Not that I'm trying to wish a injury on anyone, but it looks like Josh Howard( Mavs) looks like he could be out for a week or two due to an ankle injury.

I'm no medical expert, but taking his career into consideration, I wouldn't play unless I am 100%. If he plays at 90%, which he may be by playoff time, he would be putting his career in jeopardy.

Man it sucks knowing we could have made a real nice run with him the lineup. He thrives in a system like this. You look at the losses we had this 2nd half of the season, Amare would have made big differences in these 3 loses.

2 and 2 on this 10 game grind ... must wins coming up ??? Crap, more like must not get blown outs... A back to back tomorrow w Miami, then Houston and San Ant...followed with Dallas, Cleve, and OKC at home. We better be careful, this team is on the edge of imploding. Especially with every game when Shaq does his job and more. The Big Announcer will not hesitate to comment on what he thinks is wrong. He did not come here to languish on the outskirts of play off land.

If we can get out of this 5 and 5 it will be acceptable... but please no slaughters.

Nash [8 assist, 7 turnovers] should have rested his ankle more. Is it just me or does Shaq play better with Nash out of the line-up?

I missed all but the last 4 minutes (Raptors tv had the game scheduled at 7 and didn't note it was eastern time ... bastards)
I woke up out of a flu and neo-citran haze to see us look like crap in crunch time. What was with that bad 3 Nash took near the end, with a full shot clock? I know we need points but that was a terrible shot selection.
OK - from reading the posts I see we sucked after a strong start. But - we were still in it until the end, which bodes well.
Hopefully we add Stro and he brings something, and we take it to the next three teams on the list. I'm really pulling for dallas to suck over the next while ...

I personally enjoyed Barbosa playing point the games Nash was out. I thought he did a good job of taking care of the ball and he plays better defense than Nash, not only that but pretty decent defense on other point guards.

Not saying that is the answer or anything but Leandro has shown that he can adapt his game and he can be a solid PG if duty calls. I see no way that PHX trades Barbosa, the kid gives everything and loves being a Sun.

Simply giving credit where it is due. Peace out.

I was worried about this when Nash was out, I was worried he would be the odd man out. I would like for Gentry to juggle the times when Nash is the floor general and when Shaq is the floor general. But it's hard to juggle Nash's substitutions since his back can easily lock up if he doesn't stay on the floor for long periods of time.
