I'll sign in a heartbeat. Karl deserves to be fired for a thousand reasons. He deserves to be fired for his public comments, his rotations, his lack of success in the playoffs, etc. The only thing that I will disagree about, is that he should be fired because of this incident with Melo (Though he definitely should not have commented on the suspension "crossed the line", etc)/ No matter how piss-poor your coach is, I really do not think it is acceptable to refuse to come out of a game like that. If they didn't act and reprimand Melo, they would be setting a pretty dangerous precedent for the future.

Overall though, fire him now, fire him mid-season, off-season, whenever, he deserves it. But for me, this incident does not warrant it.

They need a new coach, one who changes the whole culture at Denver.

It's all well and good saying you're going to get a defensive minded coach (see suns and terry porter), but if you can't get the players to buy into the system, then they wont last, and the team will underperform
