Falcons WR Core

Post#1 » by ChronicKerr » Tue Aug 28, 2007 9:47 pm

So now that Joey Harrington is manning the reigns this year I see the passing game changing quite a bit. Whereas Alge Crumpler was Mike Vick's favorite target I see either Horn or Jenkins emerging as the favorite target this year. What are your thoughts on the WR core. Who do you think will have the most catches/touchdowns downfield this year?

I'm not sure about the most recepts but I think Jenkins will at least have around 7 td's like last yr.

so your thinking that jenkins will play a bigger role in the offense than horn as far as TD's?

All they need to do is catch the ball, unlike last year, and obviously that means more receptions/touchdowns.

I'm going with the underdog Roddy White.

ok so you guys both pick roddy white to be the best receiver based on recepts/touchdowns over both horn/jenkins this year?? Very interesting. So who do you think will have the better year between Jenkins/Horn?

Never been to high on Jenkins which is why I didn't pick him. Although I do think he will have a good season. I just think that Roddy is a better threat deep and I just don't feel Horn is what he used to be. I'm saying if Roddy gets his chance he's the man. If he doesn't get his chance (which he probably wont) then I guess the passing attack will be spread out pretty evenly. Lets watch and see. Can't wait for the season to start...
