Utah has won 8 in a row, and against some very good teams, we've got to come out of the gate STRONG. Like I said, instead of taking shots, Artest needs to drive and power his way for more penetration because the Jazz without Milsap in the lineup have a very weak front court defensively, it can easily be disrupted.
Yao needs to make sure he has a GOOD game, he's got to try and find a way around the fronting, Boozer shouldn't be causing that many problems with Landry/Scola being able to hit that mid range jump shot so that liability issue hopefully isn't going to be a problem. Bargs tonight was a perfect test of a center that stretched the floor, Okur is going to do that to allow Boozer to take advantage down low. We've just got to rotate like we did on strong stretches tonight and make sure we don't let Okur or Boozer go around for easy baskets.
Personally I'm scared of Deron, Brooks/Lowry haven't been all that bad, and against some of the more athletic point guard (aside from the breakdown in the 4th against Rose) they've done a pretty good job, Deron is athletic and bigger/more physical, it's definitely going to be a tough test for both of them. Brewer is another, now that we've got Ron starting, we can put Battier on him, but Brewer has been absolutely ON FIRE this past month (one of the top 5 shooting guards).
It's going to be a real big test, this is the team I'm afraid of the most, but we've got to win this game, we're in 3rd place in the standings and we can't let the Jazz break into the top 4 and get as much leverage as possible for that 3rd place, and get close to the 2nd that SA holds. Let's **** these dudes up, this ones for Tracy
