If we do, we should definitely chill if we go through Winnipeg and if you're ever anywhere in Alberta for whatever reason, let me know. Us Lakers have to stick together. :D

For sure. If you do end up going, that'd be pretty cool. Are you guys going just to see most of Canada?

Haha, thanks DD.

By the way, are you going to come do some shows up here Canada? :P

Hmmm does Musicians friend suck that bad for shipping to you? What about a local store with mics and recording equip? Behringer has a bad rep at Guitar Centers I know because they basically stole the plans for the SP B-1 which costs way more, but I can usually find them around stores down here that have alot of recording equip.

I might be up in Canananada for a pair of Summer shows but they would be Vancouver and possibly Toronto. Too bad your hockey team went to Phoenix... I always thought that was lame.

Well, Musician's Friend has the B1 mic for $99 USD so about $130 CAD. The local store I got to doesn't have the B1 but they have the C1 for $50 CAD. I'm just wondering if the B1 is worth the extra $80 over the C1?

That would be crazy. Make sure you let me know if you do come to Vancouver. I have relatives there and might just show up for the show.

Man, I still miss the Jets. They were one of my favorite teams but as long as I still have my beloved Canucks, I'll be happy. :D

yeah... I would Say the B1 is a pretty big step up and you could forget about upgrading to another mic down the road with a B1. Kobeaki would probably suggest a 200-500 dollar mic, but the B-1 is pretty affordable for a pro quality mic. I guess if you could eat it down the road you could see if you like the C-1 and upgrade later. I'd save up and just get a B-1, though.

The Oilers just got our pretty boy underachiever in Patrick O'Sullivan. Don't know if you watch them, but it's kinda like we just got rid of Vlad to me. I like it, but most Kings fans are pissed because he might turn into something besides soft some day.

Alright, sounds good then, man. I'll save up a while longer for the B1. Appreciate the help!

Yeah, I heard, haha. I follow the Oilers but I hate them (although not as much as I hate the Flames). My cousins/friends are big fans, though since they're from Edmonton. They're excited for O'Sullivan but still upset that Cole is gone. That's funny, haha.

Well, i started last Saturday with an all Laphroaig, Jamison, and Guinness binge. I have a rare bottle of Ola Dubh waiting for me in my fridge when I get home too. if anyone is a true beer enthusiast you have to try some: http://blogs.creativeloafing.com/dailyloaf/2009/02/24/barrels-arent-just-for-whiskey-and-wine-ola-dubh-special-16-reserve-ale/

No one should sweat St Pat's day becuase:

If you down some green beer it comes out as pale yellow as KG's cowardly heart. :D
And of course you get to flush that.

And what is with Celtic anyhow that always pisses me off.

Seltics? What the hell is a Seltic spelled with a C... that's just stupid. In fact if you look it up Celtic really means french. Keltic is the German word for Irish/Scot peoples and Gaul is the proper term for the tribe. Celtic is a British bastardization.

check it out: Celtic and Keltic and Gaul

I'm Gaul, have alot of Gaul, and like Pau Gasol, so leave the Boston Bastardized French People out of ST Patricks Day.

And that's one to grow on

Had plenty of bud light in green cans last weekend. Not enough of the other kind of cans.

How's everybody doing?

DoctaJ, all things considered, I'm still alive and kicking, so I guess that's something.

DD, Good to be back...couldn't stay away after the worst loss of the season. I'm a sucker for punishment.

good to see you, buddy.

P.S. Anybody want to meet up to watch the L.A. - Philly game next tuesday? I'm going to be in L.A. for a wedding on Sunday, so can't watch the Dallas game. The philly game probably won't be a barnburner, but that might be a good thing since if it were a good game, we wouldn't be talking at all (like last time, haha).

Last time we went to 3rd street to catch a game, that was pretty cool.
