BTW...

viewtopic.php?f=6&t=781449

Maybe the greatest thread in Realgm history.

Makes me want another first round match up with them just for the pure gold that tends to come out of it.

Found this from the Rockets' board. Jazz will be beheaded?

The only competetive thing about tomorrow night's game will be the Harpring/Artest match up. The closest thing the Rockets are going to do to a beheading this year is when they cut Luther.

Sorry Rockets, this is the beginning of the end for you.

What the Rockets need is to a crap season next year and get a lottery pick, because with McGrady as a shadow of his former self, nearing retirement, and Yao turning 29 in the summer, he doesn't have many more good years left either. Time to rebuild or retool.

Bat, the funny thing is, if you go read the first few pages, and then the last few pages, you see quite a contrast as far as which teams fans were posting when. I remember those days, great series. I think it will be interesting seeing them without TMac though. Who are we going to force to take horrible jumpshots? I will miss the Kobe wannabe...

I insist they're a better team without Alsont an McGrady...

going to be good.

Houston is an upgraded version of what they were in last year's playoffs. A scrappy team that is tough as hell and will fight for every inch.

But in the end, they just don't have the guns to hold the fort.

Jazz take this one with relative ease.

I wish I could be at this game. I hate the Rockets, fans of the Rockets, and NASA. In my opinion this is the best rivalry in the NBA

I can tolerate a little smack talk, but, keep it about the team.

Religion, Utah, and RealGM posters are off limits.

Keep it about the game.

Utah have to win.
Rockets aren't a good team in the road.

This made my brain hurt.

I love it when people go straight to the mormon bashing.

I'm not worried about this game. We didn't have Okur and Boozer the first time, and DW was still not 100%, and we should have won but we missed too many FT's. Next time Boozer and AK were out and we still had a chance. Rafer burned us both times, well he's gone now. I know Artest missed last game and I think T-Bag missed both, but our injuries were more significant. We will dominate them, 106-90.

I also predict that Artest gets ejected.
