That is complete BS and just shows the way refs look at Yao. Your going to change the outcome of the game on a call that could have gone either way or been a no call. Then once they look at the replay they will see that brewer was moving backwards and not planted, and that they took Houstons best player out of the game on an off the ball foul that was a no call.

That is not acceptable

I agree it was a pretty weak ass call to foul out a star at the end of a game on a crucial possesion. NBA officiating, the only thing consistent about it is that it's inconsistent.

But please don't say that call changed the outcome of the game. Tough calls went both ways, and the ROAD team shot 15 more free throws than the home team, if you come to Salt Lake and almost double the Jazz in free throw attempts, you can't have too much to gripe about.

Dingojazz just realize Rockets hate the Jazz, Jazz hate the Rockets. Its going to be like this. I agree Rockets clearly had their chance to win, we lost. You guys are better.

but if we can't bitch in our forums, than what do you want Rocket fans to do..... I am sure when you guys get screwed by Lebron and kobe, you guys will whine too. That is the nature of rooting for your favorite teams.

I am not upset about the game, just upset Rockets had the chance to win and we lost. It could of been worse. 4 games out of 5 nights, in a hostile crowd.........could of been a blow out. Than this board would of really flipped, trade everybody.

^^^^^^
I agree with everything you said, I'm not usually someone who trolls others boards and I wasn't trying to piss anyone off. It was a very competitive game and could have gone either way down the stretch.

Agreed, both teams hate each other. Its a fierce rivalry, and it would be a battle if we meet up again in the playoffs.

I'll shut up now and go back to the Jazz boards. Thanks for being cool for the most part in replying to my posts.

^ new best jazz poster

Hm, from the shoulders up, memo kinda looks like a giant thumb.
Max, can we get some photoshop work going? (you won't have to work very hard to do it - 90% of the work is already done by nature)

Yes and you really think so?

Anyways, I would like to thank you guys for reporting people who make inappropriate posts instead of going off on them and opening up yourself to similar action. It really makes things much easier to handle when I can just deal with one problem instead of three or four. I genuinely appreciate the maturity and class that the majority of you guys show on a daily basis.

I shed many a tear that he is gone Vator. I cherished his presence daily and now I have to find a new favorite poster to take his place.

Come on now. You know better.

:D

Also you need to indulge me in your insights about the Texans and how unstoppable of a force you think they will be next season. The football forum is dead.

I actually did kinda like him for some reason that really makes no sense. Maybe I'm pathologically argumentative and his provision of a steady stream of ..slightly incorrect.. things to argue about fed it?

If so, that'd put it right in line with my caffeine habit - something I do every day that's great to quit.
(nothing like regularly wasting time and good health!)

OT: Swing Vote was a pretty good movie. Enjoyed a lot of the non-central ideas it hit on and some of the central ones.
Can't wait to see Watchmen.

Oh dont get me wrong, I am not complaining about the way the game was reffed. Im just saying that Memo foul was not a ticky tack foul, the whistle was blown before the pass came into Yao because he was underhooked and barely caught the ball. Im complaining about the way Yao is reffed especially at the end of the game. You also had knowone to guard Yao when that foul was called so yes it oculd have changed the outcome of the game. Either way i was very happy with our performance and we did have many chances to win the game I mean battier played 40 mins and contributed absolutely nothing on offense. You cnat miss open shots on the road and expect to win. Its just frusterating watching Yao not getting the benefit of a call in many games
