5 points a game in only 6.6 minutes of play? That's 30.5pts per 40mins and 20 boards per 40mins. BEASTLY! :lift:

Yeah he's another "eh" sized PF, but our whole team is "eh" sized. We don't have an open roster spot, though, do we?

I'd try to buy out collins, but McHale won't do that. We should just try to see what Shoaldan can bring us.

There's really no reason to have Collins still on the team, but a buyout is pointless because it's after March 1st, so no play-off team would pick him up since he wouldn't be eligible, oh and he lacks talent to actually help anyone. So the buyout would end up being whatever his contract is worth, we wouldn't save enough for Taylor to justify bringing Pops in. Boo, I want Pops, though.

Love, Pops, and Shelli would be a scary mini-front court. I can already hear Shaq flopping now.

I just don't know what it will take for a d-league player to get a 10 day contract these days. Courtney Sims was beasting for the first 4 months of d-league and he still hasn't been called up. What's the deal. Wolves get this guy a 10 day contract. He can't be much worse than Colins and guess what, he has legit size!

I think Sims just got a 10 day deal with the Suns, didn't he?

Well people have been saying that for weeks he has a deal here or there but I never see him go anywhere.

Pops would be great. We would best set of 6'9 pf/c in the league. I agree that Shelden should be played more as well to see what we have. The rest of the year we should role with this and see what happens:

Shelden / Pops (or sims)
Love / Smith
Gomes / Miller / Carney
Foye / Miller
Telfair / Brown

Switch Pops for Shelden and Miller for Gomes when we are facing teams like like Toronto and GS.

Courtney Sims is on the Suns, but gets no playing time. I would welcome his addition as well. I just don't get why we aren't trying people out. Our season is over.

I think Pops is about to sign with Toronto Raptors

He won't improve Love or Craigers (Cardinal for sure) so doesn't matter

Sims played 2 10 day contracts with the Suns. Keep up.

Pops will sign for the rest of the season with the Raptors. The Spurs liked him, but weren't going to give him more than 2 10 days, and the Raptors wanted to sign him the rest of the year, so the Spurs released him. At least that's how I was told it.

Hmmm. From what I read it seemed like he has still been in the D-League. I was wondering why people were saying he signed with the Suns and or the Bulls but I never heard anything.
