Mine change all the time, depending on performance and matchups, but I'll give it a try (by weight class, since I don't think I could rank them). Some guys I like just because they are my favourites (not necessarily because they put on the best fights), some guys I like because of their potential, and some guys, obviously, because they put on great fights.

BW: Torres
FW: Brown (I've really started to like this guy recently...fully on the bandwagon), Kid Yamamoto
LW: BJ, Aoki, Sanchez
The Nick Diaz weight class: Nick Diaz
WW: GSP, Rumble Johnson (looking forward to a fight against a real opponent)
MW: A. Silva, Cung Le, Maia, Akiyama
LHW: Rampage, Wandy, Machida (depending on his opponent, but I'm always interested to see his fights), Jon Jones (tough to call him one of my favourites, but I'm really looking forward to his next fight)
HW: Fedor, Lesnar
