Is Martin playing? If not the Jazz win by 15. If he is playing however, Jazz win by 14.

Oh man, Jazz fans are talking smack, calling us "Pretendver"

lol Who leads Northwest? :D We have to show them a lesson... winning this game though is gonna be very hard. If we win, man, I think we're ready for playoffs.

Home game + national TV = blow out. Jazz by 13, Pretendver make it looks ok in garbage time. This isn't the Jazz that you faced last time. 10 Straight, baby!

"I tip my hat to J.R.," Karl said after Smith's 17-point performance. "He had his best non-spectacular game as a player."

Asked if Smith is now Denver's starting shooting guard, ahead of Dahntay Jones, Karl said, "I'm not signing that contract, but I'll say yes to the question."

omg i'm excited.

^I think J.R. still has a lot to prove... he needs to show he can consistently bring the D while not wasting himself too much on it and still provides the O... every night and at least with effort and the desire to play the right way and about the team.

Then, it'd be hard for GK not to start him. I wouldn't get excited too soon... J.R. still has a lot to show us.

Big win last night. A win tonight would be a big statement to the rest of the NW. This is our division!

I think it's cool how Jazz fans are so excited because they're a couple games back from us after having the easiest schedule in the league to this point, while we've had the second hardest.....and they seem to think that cakewalk against teams like the Clippers and Kings is going to continue for them so they'll be able to actually catch us. Too bad for them that it doesn't, and now they have to start playing some real competition these last 20 or so games....while we get to beat up on the same teams they've struggled to get past. But you know, whatever helps get their esteem up.....I know I'd be searching for fallacies like that, if I had to live in Utah. Probably the only thing to keep me from killing myself.

Lets not forget who won the division the last two years in a row, it's our division until you take it from us. Bring it Thuggets!

ESPN Game I fully expect Deron Williams to have a big game. We're at home you guys are coming off a back to back, and teams from the west are 1-20 in SLC this year. In a nut shell i expect D-Will to break Billups ankles and lead his team to 10th straight victory and 11th in a row at home.

That should just be a given for utah.

And its Pretendver, not Thuggets. You are soooo last year.

And Karl seems to have suddenly turned the page on JR, even during one of those in-game interviews last night when they asked who would defend Roy in the 4th he said Dahntay, Melo and JR and about JR said he did a "pretty good job on a guy named Kobe the other night" with a big smile on his face. I really couldn't believe my ears. I'm excited for JR and if he keeps playing last night then he'll keep the starting role. Our bench now does seem pretty horrible outside of birdman..

Should be a good game, wish it didn't have to start so late. I hope J.R. shows Karl it should of made this decision a long time ago.

We've been waiting all season to see this starting lineup, hopefully it doesn't disappoint. This one won't be easy.

I think we lose this one. And I am okay with that, as long as they give effort and nobody gets hurt.

And as I stated in my thread about the end of the season, Utah needs this one in the worst way. We need it, they HAVE to have it. That type of motivation, coupled with the ridiculous home cooking the Jazz get and I do not hold out much hope. Though if they prove me wrong I wont be upset....

huge game. we need a focused effort, almost flawless game to beat the jazz. they're rolling.

Agreed. This is an absolute MUST WIN for Utah, if they have any hope of challenging us for the division. With the way the schedules shake out down the stretch, they simply cannot afford to lose a game like this(at home, against a team on a b2b).

The Nuggets, on other hand, don't really need this game. It'd obviously be great to win(and would, in my mind, pretty much clinch us the division), but it's certainly not the end of the world if we don't.
