LeBron needs more votes.

For me, they are:
- Kobe Bryant
- LeBron James
- Nate Robinson
- Mo Scrub Williams
- Anderson Varejao

I don't understand why anybody would have James on thier bottom five. He's one of the most amazing players to ever play in the game. He's just great to watch.

Well, he has a horrible personality, IMO. I don`t like him at all. I appreciate his basketball skills but that doesn`t mean I have to like the guy...

He is...and he knows it! Thats the reason i so dislike hime...he needs a lil humilty in his game....a greta player needs to have some mongrel in em....but needs to be balanced with humility

course were he in shamrock green..........would be another story....

Because for someone with all of that amazing talent, he is amazingly whiny and looks to the refs for everything. He also is a drama queen with all of his histrionics when he gets fouled (all of the lying on the floor too long, grabbing (the sometimes incorrect) body part that just got fouled, etc...

put joe smith on there . that guy played us like a fiddle. I'm not a fan of guys who say one thing and then do the complete opposite. he's a bs artist. mcdyess on the other hand doesn't bother me because it was always clear he was going back to detroit. smith chose cleveland because they could pay more. e can talk about revenge etc but that's bull. Mcdyess actually took less to stay with the pistons. he's a loyal guy so he's ok in my books

I'll leave personality out of it. That doesn't piss me off nearly as much as actual style of play:

Iverson
Nocioni
Ginobili
Harpring
Pierce
Chris Paul (Becoming an AI clone with that hop-into a defender for the FT move and his constant pouting to the refs when he doesn't get a call. As if the league needed another FT manipulating guard. If he weren't so good, people would be much less forgiving of that stuff.)

David West (dirty)

Okur (hate how my team doesn't guard him)

Melo I like because he doesn't know what he doesn't know, and George Karl isn't going to enlighten him. He'll never threaten to be a real superstar. One less of them to worry about.

^^^^ Glad I'm not the only one here who can't **** stand Chris Paul and David West.

Who else...I'm only listing players who make me cringe. If they don't pass the cringe test, I don't hate them enough:

Kobe
Shaq
Kenyon Martin
Rip Hamilton
LeBron
Chris Paul
David West
Varaejao
Vujacic
Jason Kidd
Sczcerbiak (not just because he's a Cav--I hated him even when he was on the Celtics)
Rasheed Wallace
Gilbert Arenas

A few years ago, AI would have been on this list, but he's pretty much irrelevant.

I refuse to root for a guy who constantly complains at the refs despite getting all the calls in the world. The guy also has a huge ego, has no integrity for the game and thinks he's better than his coach. Let's see how large his head grows in the future.

He can get all the publicity he wants, but he's the reason why the NBA is going down the toilet. He's by far the most protected player that has ever played in the game. Not even Jordan received this type of VIP service.

I was avoiding this thread but I reckon I'll chime in due to its overwhelming popularity.

For me, there's either players I've always liked, disliked or I've felt indifferent toward. I'll say, 95% of the NBA players and all teams I can careless about. I only care about the Celtics. With that said, here are the players I've always disliked from the beginning of their career for whatever the reasons I won't get into.

These are players I've never liked.

Shaquille O'Neal
Kobe Bryant
Kenyon Martin
LeBron James

These are players I've developed a distaste for.

Chauncey Billups
Gilbert Arenas
Quentin Richardson

These are players I see as the typical ass-clown.

Sasha Vujacic
Lamar Odom
Tony Parker
Mike Bibby
Derek Fisher
Ricky Davis
Zaza Pachulia

And these are players I see as overrated. I dislike them as well.

Vince Carter
Tracy McGrady
Amare Stoudemire
Dwight Howard
Carmelo Anthony

This. Sure, LeBron is fantastic, but the start treatment is sickening.

Oh, I didn't list him for some reason, but I should have had listed him as well. That player is Chris Paul. I forgot I can't stand him either. It's funny how many players one can easily list one after the other once you sit and ponder the question. I've such indifference to most players I just dismiss them altogether. But, it's hard to ignore those players that you view as utter douche bags. I mean nothing says you loathe a player more than to shout bleep him out loud to yourself. It feels so good to say it, you say it again. Bleep him!
