strange Suns dream I had

Post#1 » by Suns_fan_2007 » Fri Mar 6, 2009 4:55 pm

Last night I had some vivid dreams, most likely because it was cold during the night and my brain was a bit starved for warm blood.

I was dreaming that in the next draft, the Suns somehow had won the 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5th draft picks! And then I remember the Suns drafting the top 5 recruits, and kept 4 of them and traded the 5th pick away for cash. I remember being really mad at the 5th pick being traded away!

I swear the dream was so real, and I remember going online to read AZcentral's article about how the Suns still had Shaq / STAT and now had 4 other top talent for the next season, and I was so excited!!

And then I woke up and was like "oh crap it was just a dream" :( :(

What a bummer.

LOL isn't it weird how our minds make up the strangest things and get us all worked up on this stuff?

That tells you that we're true Suns fans!! :)

--- After the Miami game I woke up strangely at peace with the whole season. Couldn't remember what I'd dreamed in any specific way but just had a "it is what it is" feeling.

We're in a playoff fight, missing a star player, trying to recapture our style, age catching up with our team, all the trade/firing drama and crap that went on - you know, it's a great story. Unless you're living through it

that is a good point. i get very worked up talking about our season to my friends who favor other teams but i do calm down and think "it is what it is". but its just because in the last what 6 years i havent had to think that the suns might not make the playoffs... and coming to reality with that just SUCKS

2010-2011 season preview? I don't see a bright future for the suns before that season, and no real chance for rebuilding either.

:banghead:

and what about a dream of us winning the 1st pick next year, only to hand it to OKC and put "the worst deal in history" stamp on that KT deal?
