What do you guys think of Josh Smith permonces lately?

I am a member of a Spanish post about the Hawks. Just as you do here, only that we are just 5/6 guys who contribute regularly.

In the last weeks we are talking a lot about the play and statistics of Josh Smith, especially. Besides 3/4 games two weeks ago in which he played well and reached around 20 pts, hisseason is not being a good one. The fact that he does not even block shots as he used to is a sign of poor attitude to many of us.
What do you thing about that?
Do you believe he signed a contract and started living as good as he can? He forgot to put up hours in the gym and/or hitting the weights? A mental problem not being focused enough?

Josh has always had a very low basketball IQ in my opinion... And yes I think he is resting on his laurels right now... It is so frustrating to see a guy with so much potential and athleticism wasting it away.

His minutes late in the game are even being taken by Zaza or Evans!! Not good for supposedly our second best player

He is coming off of an ankle injury (might bother him all season) and Sekou Smith (Atlanta Journal/Constitution beat writer) says he has influenza.

he hasnt been the same after he came back from that ankle injury

^^^ I understand an ankle injury but he still shoots jumpshots constintly and still cant dribble to save his life!

Poor mental , not a leader, poor effort on defense lately...I would trade him.
