ESPN - Wade Miller has reached a preliminary agreement on a minor league deal with the Toronto Blue Jays, according to his agent, Bob Garber.

The deal is pending completion of a physical exam. Miller, 32, posted a 45-25 record from 2001 through 2003 in Houston, but his career since has been devastated by injuries.


Once apon a time he was decent, but he's had some major injury problems.

I don't think I've ever heard of the guy. Add him to the long list of has-beens JP has signed.

The more has-beens JP signs to minor league deals, the higher the probability is that at least one of them pans out. Clement, Maroth, Barrett, Millar, now Miller. If only we had a time machine...
