I honestly see Petrie looking at a Nocioni or Garcia + 1st for Boozer. Drafting Rubio/Harden with our 2nd or 3rd pick and moving forward with:

C: Hawes, JT, Simmons
PF: Boozer, Diogu, Thomas
SF: Garcia/Noc, Greene
SG: Martin, McCants
PG: Rubio/Harden, Beno, Eric Maynor

If Petrie goes after Boozer he should be fired and permanently banned from Sacramento. Despite your unnatural infatuation with Boozer, he and his bad knees are the exact opposite of what this team needs.
This space needs to be filled with a new sig...but I'm too lazy to make one.

Honestly, I'm not wanting to deal with Boozer really. I just think he's going to be this team's target. I've really cooled on the idea of Boozer myself. I just don't think Petrie has.

I like the idea of keeping the core youngins together and let them grow together and/or wait for a legit star to become disgruntled and jump in with the best offer.

Oh, so now you're reading Petrie's mind...I see. Disregard the fact that you have been a big advocate of going after Boozer for months...this is not about what YOU want, it's about what you have read from Petrie's mind. Smills, there's a psychological condition known as "projection" that has symptoms that line up very well with many of your posts.

What am I thinking...everyone wants a big man who has a history of bad injuries, recently had knee surgery in which he took longer than normal to recover, will be on the wrong side of 30 when the rest of the team is realistically going to be ready to compete and will suck up a disgustingly large amount of salary. Yeah...where do I sign up for that?

The Maloofs will not spend the money on anyone with a large contract. Ellis is a great scorer just like Martin, but this kid is just not bright. We are better off with Martin.

I doubt you will see any new faces on the kings next year aside from rookies we draft, or unless we do an possible off season trade .
If we get a free agent expect that it will be for a minimul low salary
The Kings still dont have alot of cap room most of us knows the talent for free agency is not that great & with the economy the way it is dont expect much more than that .

I believe Petrie will look to see if he can reduce our team payroll even more !

Usually teams that end with the worst record in the league, look to add "new faces" to a team. I do not understand your doubt for seeing "new faces" on this team. It is the most logical thing to do.
