doing my own destination phoenix trip

hey guys

long time reader, new poster hehe

had a bit of a spontaneous thing going on the other night when i got an email saying there was $999 aud return flights to la, so i thought
wouldnt it be a great idea to go and watch the last 2 suns home games
5 minutes later, ive booked a ticket to la, and on to phoenix

now ive been to phoenix before, been to us airways arena (off season though) and emptied the merchandise store, been to majerles bar and grill etc but havent been to a suns game

been a suns fan since barkley days and been a shaq fan since he was a rookie so i want to see shaq play in phoenix before they trade him (which is looking more and more likely)

so anyway, my question is
any tips for places to go, things to see, how could i possibly get autographs etc?
i got seats for the grizzlies game (2nd last home game), centre court in row 7 so hoping i can run down before the game and get my jerseys signed?

or any other tips

and how the hell did you guys get to play ball on the practice court!

Don't think I could have done it on my own, sharing with the lummox's on the board was pretty much the coolest thing ever...
Majerle's was awesome...I didn't mind Stoudemire's either...I'd go onto Planet Orange and sign up, start talking with people on there and see what happens. We didn't really do a lot in Phoenix other than Suns related stuff haha

We contacted Suns.com almost straight away and asked them for tips and whether they'd be interested in following our journey and turns out they did, so was beneficial for both of us...though I think we got a hell of a lot more than they did!

Hope we're still in it when you get there and you bring better luck than we did!!
