Decent, really no need for Lamont Jordan though. I would drop him and pick up someone else if there is anyone decent on waivers or free agent market. Same goes for Chambers, he seems to be on the outs in Miami so he probably won't do much this year either.

Are Warrick Dunn, Julius Jones, Chester Taylor better options?

My thought is yes to all 3. I think Taylor may be the best option out of the three you named. Julius Jones struggles to get the ball in the endzone, its usually Barber that does the hard work in the redzone. Dunn is getting up there in age and who knows how things will turn out with the new coaching staff. I actually like Jerius Norwoods' chances of having a big year in Atlanta more than I do Dunn, but right now Dunn is still the #1 RB so you'd have to go with him over Norwood right now.

This is my first time playing fantasy football...I don't know anything about football, but im a fantasy basketball and baseball expert. So I kind of studied the players to get a feel for who has what value.

It's not a very deep league just 9 teams. So if there's some sleepers or replacements that are solids let me know.

Well I think you team looks ok overall, just not much depth at the WR and RB positions, but your starters are fine. Here are some players that may be open in leagues that you could fill ahead of Jordan though (in no particular order):
Norwood RB/Atl
Barber III RB/Dal
Peterson RB/Min
C .Taylor RB/Min
Williams RB/Car
Betts RB/Was

*I'm not sure all those players are available in your league, but it can't hurt to look, they would all deserve to be ahead of Lamont Jordan*

i would keep lamont jordan. he looks like he's going to rebound this year. i would drop dallas clark.. you don't need two TEs. drop clark and pick up a WR. that's the first thing you have to do.
