Post#1 » by jeffjtk1234 » Thu Mar 12, 2009 6:08 pm

was waived by golden state...I say we sign him, give him a shot. McCants is working out here....might be a good idea.

Thoughts?

I'd say hell yeah, but because we're on our cheap fix, I doubt it'll happen.

jamal crawford is a a good shooter and is effective driving in the paint, but thats the only thing he does well, he is a player that needs the ball in his hands, takes ridiculous shots and is pretty much a ball hog. we don't need a player of his caliber on our team, martin and crawford wont mesh well together.

i say lets bring him in; its not like we have all sorts of potential at the PG spot. We always had tons of interest in him, but douby's shooting clinic at one particular workout we had for him *sigh*

If you sleep on Beno, he can drop 30/10 on you.

^Shall remain until this happens

I doubt he opts out. He would be very dumb if he did. He wont get near the amount of money he is making.

Marcus Williams has proven to be a bust. Jamal Crawford will NOT opt out unless he's moron. So it is a possibility. Say no to both.

We signed Beno for Theus run and gun offense. He happened to get signed right at the year before everyone started to feel the economy. We will try and trade him since we need a PG so we have to play him the rest of the year. So we are stuck with him but he can be effective as any of the other guys off the bench.
