Is Tonight the Night We See Camby at SF?

Against another oversized SF Yi Jinlian, it is possible that tonight will be the first time the Clippers sport their ultra big starting lineup consisting of Kaman/Randolph/Camby. Randolph is expected to play tonight.

I can't see Camby, Kaman, and Z-Bo all starting together.

Glad to have Zach back, we should have ended our losing streak last week but we had those two fourth quarter meltdowns. Hopefully we can win tonight and hopefully I can stay awake.

I like how we're pushing the ball, I don't know why it has taken us this late in the season to do so.

Clippers pull ahead by 1, 20-19 with 3:36 left in the quarter. Thornton with the reverse layup assisted from Baron, will head to the line after the timeout to extend the lead to 2.

Thornton will join Kaman on the bench with 2 fouls a piece.

Well it's nice to win a quarter.
I'll take these little pleasures where I can find them. :)

Clippers lead 33 - 30 at the end of 1. Baron Davis is playing like Baron Davis (the good one) so far. He has 8 points, 4 rebounds, 6 assists, 1 steal and a block. Hopefully he can keep playing well throughout the rest of the game.

Clippers are shooting much better than they did last night. We're also dominating the boards 11-4. We're 14 of 20 in the first quarter. The main problems that we have had so far has been turnovers (our 5 to their 2) and fouls (Davis, Kaman & Thornton all have 2 each). Once we stopped turning the ball over we were able to take the lead. So we need to focus on our awareness as the game goes on.

Novak on fire from deep. He just hit his 3rd 3 ball of the game to put us up 38-32.

Not only are the Clippers playing well so far, but the stream I'm watching has Ralph and Mike calling the game. (I was afraid I'd end up with the opponents' announcers as usual.)
Feels like a lucky night to me.

I hate when I get a stream with the visitors announcers

A good, competitive game so far, one I'm really enjoying. Clips up 9 in the last minute of the half.

Make that 11, on the Thornton/Camby alleyoop!

I'm checking the boxscores. Seems like Baron is having himself a great 1st half. He's on pace for a triple double. :O

Clippers lead 65 - 54 at the half. Carter and Harris are hard to handle, but the Clips have continued to play solid. Baron has 16, Thornton 14 and Novak 12 off the bench. Gordon took a hard foul from Vince, but thankfully shook it off. It's a night and day performance from after last night, but we still have 24 minutes of basketball to play.

Great to see Baron back (I don't know who that guy was who was pretending to be him for the last while) and Thornton pulling himeslf together, and Camby his usual anchoring presence, and Kaman, Gordon and Jones steady and helpful --- and how about that Steve Novak!
Ralph is so right --- when Baron is feeling happy, his smile lights up the arena and his play is miles better when he is having fun. Long may it last.
A really solid first half for our Clippers. Fingers crossed that their play and their lead continue through the second half.
