He seems one of those players with talent, but lacks in consistency. He needs someone like a Kevin Martin to take him under his wing. Martin says he wants to be a leader. Well, he needs to step his game up and help young players like Mccants, Hawes, Donte Green, and Thompson.

ummmm what!?! ...Kevin Martin needs to put hisself under his own wings and learn to perfect HIS game. He needs to develop a go to move and stop trying to draw fouls by leaning into guys, and looking to the refs for 'give me's'. At least McCants is tough and taunts and thrives to get into the lane for a highlight dunk on someone, can shoot the three and shows he has a winnin heart.

I don't think the argument was every about who is better, just if Rashad makes Martin expendable if we could add something major to another spot by trading Kevin. I don't know if Rashad does that by himself but if a trade makes enough sense Martin certainly is movable. In reality however, we shouldn't be shopping him for a second.
