Blunder @ Blunder Fri. 3/20 6 PM MT FSN UTAH

Post#1 » by Sloanfeld » Fri Mar 20, 2009 11:50 pm

I was going to post pictures of the Blunder in Sonics uniforms but don't feel like doing all that work. Can we avenge the 25 point blowout or whatever the hell it was the first time? We need this to get rolling again. The key is to get off to a good start and FINISH the game. OKC is a tough team who has beat some quality teams recently. Boozer being back will help us on the boards. I think we got killed there last time.

What happened to okur? Why he is not starting in the 2nd half?

Okur got hit in the face by Jeff Green and was on the ground for a minute. He went to the locker room with Briggs and Millsap is starting in place of him. Steve Brown says he has a 'spot under his eye,' whatever that means. He was hot too. DW starting to take over this quarter. Defense has been good so far.

Got a cut under one of his eyes, nothing too serious, he'll probably be back next game.

That's the third time this season Korver was tied up in the back court and turned it over. He has to call timeout, or someone else. Geez.

Yup. Thought I had computer problems, again.
Guess everyone's into the brackets.
I always listen ( :( ) to the other team - sounds like Deron really had a game.

im 22 out of my first 28 picks hoping i finish off the night guessing 26 out of 32 right. what the **** utah!

as for the jazz game I liked the fact that utah was in control of the game from the start. d-will was money in the 2nd half.

Didn't watch this game....good to see us taking care of business on the road. This is a much better win than you would think at first glance. The Thunder have been playing very good ball lately, and have been an excellent home team since mid season. A very good "W" here.

The Jazz are poised to make some real hay here. I don't see us losing again for another two weeks. We had a rough 3 game losing stretch, but I think we will rise back to the #3 seed before we lose next time.

It looked like it was going to be one of those games playing from behind after the inbounds pass got stolen and we were down 4-0, but CJ and Memo got it into it early and we really never looked back. Thunder had a lot of turnovers, and points in the paint were the biggest difference from the last time we played there. Definitely a good win. Memo should be fine by Tuesday.

Boozer got destroyed defensively, once again.
