Focus on quality, not quantity. By my estimation, the team has been downgraded at three positions in the offseason: RB (losing Morris from the rotation), strongside OLB (a slight downgrade from Peterson to Hill) and weakside OLB (a downgrade from Hill to D.D. Lewis). None of those losses are insurmountable, however. They've upgraded two positions -- WR (Engram for Housh) and DT (Bernard for Redding), and made lateral moves at places like backup TE and backup DT. And at FB, they've replaced one starter (Weaver) with someone else (Schmitt) who might or might not be as good a player, but in any event is almost certainly a better fit for Greg Knapp's offense and will surely become a fan favorite. All this, and a draft yet to come. The sky isn't falling.
