There is absolutely nothing wrong with Paul Pierce. He has played great D and rebounded very very well the last few games where he has scored single digits. He did not need to score the last 2 games. In the 2 games prior to that, he scored 35 each game, and averaged 25 for the 20 games prior to that. Get it? He does what he has to do. He will bring it again when it matters. For the season, his shooting percentage overall, from 3 and from the FT line are close to his all time best numbers. CHILAX.

This. You can't score when you don't get touches. I expect Pierce to have a great game against the Magic. He should be the focal point of the offense against the Magic, so I'm expecting a 20-25ppg, 7rebs and 4ast type of game.

I don't buy into this 'he doesn't get enough touches' BS you keep saying. He gets enough touches, but he either passes up a easy shot to give the ball to somebody else, or he turns the ball over...he's been struggling man..admit it...his shots are way off...even the CLippers announcers said he couldn't buy a basket the last 2 games...and it's true. He is in a funk...he needs to snap out of it tomorrow...I expect a Chicago/Miami type game for Paul tomorrow...we need it or we will lose to the Magic..book it..If PP gets less than 20 pts we lose tomorrow...
As for the exculpatory post, there might not be something wrong but you have to admit he just isn't playing Paul Pierce type ball. IM not talking about his season..Im talking about the last 3 games, nd if you take out the Chi/Miami games, the 2-3 games prior to them he was off too...I know he doesn't have to score, specially now that we are healthy again and Ray is on fire...But he has been turning over the ball alot, and making dumb plays..but im sure he will step it up when it matters...and please..Paul Pierce is my favorite player of all time in the NBA..so don't make it seem like im hating on Paul...im just surprised with his play as of late..since it's Gerald Green type basketball instead of Paul Pierce type....

LMAO! Yup Spud is Mrs. Paula Pierce. I've got his dumbass on ignore now, but I'm sure he found it in himself to bash Ray's 8/10 shooting last night.

I was trying to post some pics from Monday but I'm not exactly a whiz with the computer lol, sucks too because I had a good one with Billy Walkah mid-garbage time dunk.
One thing that was quite enjoyable about the game was the "relationship" between Baron Davis and Dunleavy. Baron was staring off into my section from the last seat on the bench pretty much the whole time he wasn't in the game. It's depressing seeing him in that situation, I know the dude is getting *paid* AND getting to play in his hometown, but still, he's a fun player to watch and that's completely gone from his game now.
