Louis Twogameundson. I wonder what you get for yanking his pony tail.

I think it has more to do with touching the official than the Amundson thing. On that note, Nene missed a head butt and let Amundson get in his head. I think 1 game is enough, but you can't f*** with officials unless your Tim Duncan and you can get Joey suspended....hmmm...wonder who would have been suspended if this was Duncan???

Yes, I know the ref went at Nene... but that's not how the "League" sees it.

what a great all around win. The ball movement was amazing in the 2nd half along with the all around defensive effort..... Billups was pretty sharpe on Paul when he was matched up on him

24-25 from the FT line.... unbelievable.

i just don't get it why karl throws j.r. in and out the starting lineup ... how about some real rotations for the playoffs

The two words used are "Offensive" and "Defensive" lineup. We could add a third word in there or just change up the two words used to describe the switches.

I don't agree with standing up an official or fronting them out of pure anger, but what I saw was a bit of pride coming from Nene. For whatever reason, Nene probably felt things weren't being called even, saw the ref as a threat, and just stood up to him to demonstrate that he was a person/player and not just another unheard voice.

Not the intended effect. I don't think anyone likes being charged with something they really didn't do. Especially when the other party is just as guilty of chippy play. I would have preferred seeing the ref be the better man and understand Nene's frustration. I don't know why the ref would feel threatened if he called everything right.

I mean if Nene's true intentions were to harm the official or lay a hand on him, then that's what happens and his NBA career is over. The ref needs to be the better man and reassure Nene that he truly believes it was the right call. Too often the ref just doesn't give a rats behind that the players have health, lives, and reputations to protect.
