I agree that you shouldn't be allowed to to go over the cap with your offers, because that makes your offers impossible.

Fair enough, duncan is quite the player, only reason I took Roy was value.

I dont see a problem with making more offers than your available cap, there is no guranatee that you have the highest offer when you are away. right now i have an offer for Ray allen for 18.5 im going ot bed in a minute and could be outbid....btw thats the highest im going for him :P his real NBA salary.

Yes, but I believe we have a strict cap. So what if you got enough players so that you are over it?

u are kinda takin the fun away from the game

well that could happen but im sure by tomorrow this time roles around all of my offers will have been outbid at least once.

I work from 11:30 - 8:30 EST

i can guarantee i wont have more than my limit when i get back if its a 24 hours period or even a 36 hours period.

well let's assume that your offers do get outbid, can you then keep your offers under the cap and total players.

so with my recent posts which people need to make up there mind on about letting me "take back offers" even though they are all offers that will be outbid anyways.

i have 43.5 million in cap space.

and 42.5 million in offers out to players

Zach Randolph $1,000,000
Ray Allen $18,500,000
Baron Davis $1,000,000
Big Z 10,500,000
Elton Brand 1,000,000
Ben Wallace 1,000,000
Tracy Mcgrady 500,000

Happy?
which i can assure u most of those will be outbid as well.

edit: removed the outbid guys and added in the useless guys

thats not what we meant, we just think it ruins the game when you make offers to EVERY player available at every position, thats ridiculous, you can over offer, just don't offer every effing FA a contract.

new rules immediately put into place:

1. all active offers should not put a team over the cap limit

2. all active offers should not put a team over the roster limit (12)

3. all offers once made are binding.

4. all final offers become official after 24 hours.

mascot, you will not be forced to sign wallace/brand/tmac. the offers you rescinded are accepted, but all future offers and current active offers are binding.

Commissioners Note
Guys,
Im sorry I havent been more active. Im pretty sick, and they aren't too sure whats wrong with me. I will be at the hospital tomorrow doing some test and hopefully all will go well there. Until then Cash is going to be helping me out. He and Cellar will be communicating with me on rule clarification and they will be monitoring the game using their best judgement. Hopefully this will be short term and I can be back to full swing soon. Hope to be talking to you guys soon.
