yeah if they knew about this cartilage issue for very long he should have been in for surgery, the recovery would have been shorter.... resting isnt going to stop a piece floating around in your knee

Like I said yesterday KG’s knees are worse than the Celtics are letting on. Do not be surprised if KG is done for the year. Also I would expect KG to get knee surgery in the off-season. If he gets it done in May he should be ready by opening night.

I do remember someone on here saying KG was limping after the Mavs game when they played in Boston. If these report are true then the Celtics really botched this up and Ainge is full of ****

He's not done for the year but He will have to have the knee scoped for the loose floater. It's a minor deal....I think it was KG not wanting to have the work done not the C's 8-)

Rondo:
“He’s a human first,” he said. “I hope he gets better. I hope he doesn’t rush back just for the playoffs. His injury is pretty serious, so it could probably end his career. He probably has three or four years left, so we want to make sure he has three or four years left and doesn’t come back too soon and have to retire early.”

Rondo is no doctor but this sounds worse and worse...
