It's interesting. Around 5 million per year. Not sure on the length.

Tuuka Rask seems ready for next year. That's a helluva lot of money per year to give Thomas.

I like the re-signing though. Get it done before the off-season.

Yeah, I think he is turning 35 in a couple weeks.

This is a great signing for the Bruins, they've got a very good young squad and their success will rest on the shoulders of Thomas. They needed to re-sign him to remain top contenders for the next couple years. 35 is not very old for a goalie, as goalie's typically hit their prime around this time, and they can play at an elite level right up until 40 or so. This is especially true for a guy like Thomas who doesn't have too much mileage on his legs. Great signing by Boston.

Bruins had to do this because Rask could still have problems next year so having Thomas around will be nice for Boston. But 5 mill a year? Ouch.

Thomas first game since the extenison..

Shutout and a fight.

That punk avery came over to thomas in a TV timeout, while thomas was stretching, and slapped him in the helmet, and thomas went after him, then St. Joeseph stepped in, and Thomas connected with a punch to his face.

It was awesome.
