I would start JR in this game to give us more offense. We have to win first quarter.

i think that actually makes it less of a trap.

if our whole team knows they just beat the jazz at home, they're not going to approach the game lightly.

Don't they approach every Minnesota game lightly? We always seem to give up a solid lead, and make a late run to win.

JR isn't starting, but has any one else noticed how Karl is learning to go to him a little sooner in the 1st quarter now? Maybe it is just me, but it seems like his is putting him in earlier now.

Yeah I am not too worried about J.R. starting because he will get his minutes regardless. Spurs lost to the Cavs so we have a chance to be 2 games up on them. Let's take care of business.

I've always said that I'm ok with Jr coming off the bench as long as he is in there at the end of close games, and lately, he has been. He's getting hot at just the right time.

Still, this game worries me a little bit. Early game, on the road, on the second of a back-2-back, against a team with nothing to lose. It would be nice if come out focused for once, and actually win the 1st quarter.

Off to a solid start. I really can't see us losing control of this one.

Anybody know why Nene's hand is taped up?

Good win. A sign of maturity we haven't seen in a few years.....actually taking care of these easy games down the stretch and not getting laxidasical.

We now have a 3 game lead on Portland, plus the tiebreaker(no matter what happens in the last game). Magic number to clinch the division is 2...if my math is right.

Looks like 2 is correct.

Solid win. It's nice to see us playing our best ball down the stretch. A Chauncey led team is like night and day from what we've seen in previous seasons.
