Oh, so you're a troll? That explains the random capital lettering. I see I need to ignore you in the future.

I still think he relies more on being an athletic freak (and getting away with loads of over-the-back for rebounds) than having oodles of talent ala LeBron...he's an excellent player, no doubt...but I just can't bring myself to like the guy...

LOL @ Dwight using his athleticism but LeBron having "oodles of talent." That was a good one. Really.

Oh wait.... you were being serious? LeBron uses his athleticism as much as anyone. The man has no mid-range game. None. Clog the lane like the Magic do and it becomes painfully obvious.

I think the NBA should give one award out every year, a Championship. Stop the incessant hyping of this player or that player. Just play the damn game and see who wins the Tournament. That's what it should all be about.

NBA awards are like Hallmark cards: There's one for seemingly everything. Or a regular season MVP is like a college degree or what have you. It only means something if something comes as of a result of it. No one really remembers that you won the MVP award during the regular season unless you and your team go on to win a championship. Go ask Kobe and Dirk do they still fancy their MVP award. And Nash got two of them. I bet some fans forgot about when Malone (two) and Barkley won their. It doesn't matter... People will say... And?

If Shaq has never landed one himself I tend to doubt that Dwight ever will. I dont agree with it, just think that's the reality of it.

**** off, troll. Yes LeBron has loads of athleticism, but you cannot teach that ballhandling and passing...

Again, **** off, troll...

Guys guys. D-Howard is a very good player, no doubt, but Lebron is the best in the league. Just look at how much better the Cavs are than the Magic. Then you compare the supporting cast. Can anyone with a half a brain argue that Mo Williams and Z are better than Hedo and Rashard Lewis? Not even close. The Magic won't be an elite team like they are now, but they will probably make the playoffs without D-Howard with Hedo and Rashard Lewis. Cavs? They won't win 30 games without Lebron.

Besides, D-Howard eats up crappy teams. Lebron does it against everyone. Just as D-Howard got schooled by Yao last night.

Great post, tombattor. Dwight is good, but he is not as indispensable to his team as LeBron is...without LeBron the Cavs are utter shite, like they were pre-LeBron...
