Hopefully the lakers have a easier time in the WC while the magic/cavs/celts beat up on each other.

Come on Sedale, you're better than that. To me the title doesn't mean crap unless you earn it and beat all opponents at full firepower.

You mean to tell me you'd be just as happy beating everyone if they were without their best player? I can't imagine any true Laker fan celebrating that with the same zeal.

That said, the Spurs chances at winning the West, went from slim to none.

agreed on all points

I felt bad because it ruined the game. Immediately you could tell our guys let up and it was right at the moment when we seemed to be taking control. Anyways that's how I recall it. In my mind the Pierce incident was a season ending injury....only to the Lakers, not the Celtics.

We could have stole that damn game. Man.

i don't wish harm on anyone but I remember when Pierce "got injured" during the finals, the whole bar was cheering.

Are you sure that wasn't just Sedale screaming?

Unless you have some serious wager, I dunno why people would behave like that?

C'mon, bro, how many Pistons fans do you think were upset when Magic and Scott went down in 1989.

You win some, you lose some. We lost that series and perhaps the 04 when Karla got hurt, but Isaiah was hurting bad in 88 when we won that.

My point is that I savor a title alot more when we beat a team that is healthy as opposed to a crippled one.

This year winning a title alone will not erase last year's embarrasment. I truly want us to play the Cs and give them a beatdown. This is the only thing that will restore peace in my soul.
