Where do you guys get your best NFL news/info?

I'm getting tired of ESPN (even espn insider). The many of the reporters (really most are just celebrities) do surprisingly little research before they post their articles - after the Cutler deal one even mentioned how the Bears wouldn't be any better because they were bringing back the same O-Line from 2008. :roll:

Obviously the local papers, cnnsi, usatoday (and REALGM of course

) are some. But I'm looking for some off the beaten path sites that give good insite that the regular boobs don't give. Chewie gave up Walterfootball.com which has good draft info even though the mocks are a bit screwy. Any other good nuggets out there?

profootballtalk.com is a good site with inside info and rumors.

For draft stuff, nfldraftcountdown.com

Those are the 2 I use besides ESPN insider (they're starting to annoy me too) and chicagosports.com

I am a fan of ProFootballTalk.com (their rumor mill), but the best of the best of the best in my humble opinion is:

KFFL's "Hot off the Wire" does not leave a bit of news out... and it is usually the first aggregate source to list news. PFT trails it by hours sometimes days. But it is all written in short teasers (which is great) just not as amusing as the editorializing on PFT which I really find entertaining.

Also... there's ProFootballWeekly.com's "The Way We Hear It". This usually has insider info other sites don't have, but it doesn't have a ton and it isn't updated as often as you'd want. They have great info on PFW though regarding FA's available at each position, draft stock, combine results, etc.

That's all I've got.

Sometimes if I'm looking for news on a specific player, I just search the name in Google News and click date added. That's where I found the Torry Holt link I posted.
