Artest was losing us this game in the 4th anyway..lets see what Brooks and Scola can do...nice finish by Brooks.

BTW this is exactly the type of stuff that I fear from Artest in the playoffs. He started this game great but then just started chucking in the 3rd and just did dumb stuff in the 4th. Unnecessarily dumb stuff.

Good job there to not settle for a long jumper. Brooks really has to work on his pick and roll play. He needs to slow down and let the pick set and then accelerate around the corner. He is young..he'll learn. Where would we be without Scola tonight?

LOL at these shots by the Warriors. Bad teams I tell you..at home...always dangerous especially late in games with nothing to play for...but AB..ice water. Putting em away.

Aaron Brooks is a badass, those 3 threes he made in a row were just sick, dribble, pull up, net.

Scola was the true story...man those were like Yao Numbers he put up

Had to grind it out. But thats how the NBA is. We did a really good job fighting off the Warriors. Look young teams like this playing in front of a great home crowd with nothing to lose are always dangerous. So I didn't expect a blowout but at the same time I expected the Rockets to answer runs b/c its too late in the season to not have that ability especially against a bad team. We did a really good job of that tonight. We fought em off...played great interior defense and made enough shots and killed em on the boards.

Scola was great..Brooks with some great FT shooting down the stretch. Deke was terrific..showing that he is playoff ready. Landry had a few big plays...so did Wafer. Artest did a great job in the 1st half but man that second half is what worries me about him come playoff time. He completely lost it IMO. He stopped driving, started taking bad shots and just committed some really dumb fouls that eventually led to him fouling out. But this I guess is the team we have heading into next Saturday. We are gonna have to live with Artest and silently hope he has something great to offer come playoff time.

Now I guess we can decide what seed we want. I think 2nd is out of reach and something we don't want anyway. So its between 3rd and 4th. And its between the Blazers and Hornets as of right now. I say maybe we come out and try to beat NO on Monday and then just rest on Wednesday and I think thats what Adelman will ultimately do.

great job by scola and deke...

dont know why RA dosent play Deke for even 5 minutes a game... give Yao that much needed rest... late 3rd and 4th quarters..

I thought RA was going to play Deke the last few weeks of the regular season and then start using Deke in the playoffs... but it takes a injury to Yao for deke to get in....

I dont know about you guys but im thinking... if Deke is good enough to be Yao' replacement... when he goes down... then he should be good enough for 5 minutes a game...

perfect game for deke... would have been that Sucramento game.... where the first half.... it wasnt that were wernt scoring... but we wernt getting defensive stops...

I'll gladly take the W.

Was always going to be dangerous mini-road trip, but I am really happy to go 2-0. Frankly, if we had playoff aspirations, we'd have expected 2-0, and we ultimately got it.

Really need Yao to be fit.

Deke showing what he can bring. Just hope he gets some clock in the playoffs if the match-up favours us.
