Edwards, Ocho-Cinco and Boldin?

Post#1 » by Sever82 » Mon Apr 6, 2009 7:19 pm

According to ESPN all three of these Wideouts might be traded, any chance the bears go after any of these three? Has anyone heard any rumors?

Personally i would go after Boldin then Edwards.

I wonder what do we have left to throw. If we can acquire ANY of them for a 2nd rounder and some change then I would jump on it. However, I doubt it.

I doubt we have the ammo for Boldin. Edwards will cost you more than a 2nd rounder. Eff Ocho Cinco.

Why not go after Holt or Plaxico who won't cost you more picks ?

Holt makes sense. Plaxico is trouble but we may be left with no choice but to go after him...

ESPN said Plaxico has multiple teams interested in him despite his legal problems. Hopefully the Bears are one of those teams.

No to Torry Holt.

Dude has no knees anymore. His burst isn't what it used to be. I'm sure he has the hands though. If we bring him in, I hope they expect him to help our WR's or something.

It would cost a lot to bring in Braylon Edwards or Boldin, but I'd love to have them on the squad.
