So not that this isn't mentioned in every thread we have going. Anyway, anyone no if you can change your forum name? I don't think mine applies anymore.

He will not opt out. Want me to tell you how I know it? Because he said he'll opt out!

Anyway... I suggest front office to menace him: "Man, if you don't opt out you will be in the inactive list all season long! You'll have to test free agent waters then!!!!"

Okay Don Nelson

Boozer was poised to have a 22/11 season then he decided to take a rest for awhile and not play, if he doesn't opt out, I'm sure he'll be back next year doing work again.

Maybe i'm stupid, but I think Boozer is better than Millsap, and Millsap never will be as Boozer. What we need it's a Center. Give me Zaza Pachulia or Greg Foster type of player, and play him with Memo as PF or with Boozer. With Koufos improving a little bit, we'll be really great and depth in C-PF position.
Then get ride of AK, Harpring (sorry, but he's done) and get some perimeter defender. Get a ride of Knight and get another veteran PG or let Price take the job.
Right now we have some great tools in offense Deron, Memo and Boozer can score 20 or more. Korver can do in ocassional night if you give him the ball, and Brewer too in slash plays.
So, we don't need more offensive tools. We need MORE deffense, a lot of more deffense.

Millsap is able to put 20/10?? I think he can do it in occasional times, but he is short, and his offensive set skills is not too depth. In deffense he still is short and he improve boozer, but is not a difference.
AK is not blocking or defendins as he used to do. Now it's a waste of time. I don't want him per 5 mill per year, a lot less for 15.
CJ.... man, it's fine coming from the bench, but nothing more.
Collins get out.
Fessenko... one more year, the get out.
Almond, get out.

What we need is a shot blocking center and then move Okur to the PF. Trade Boozer for Emeka Okafor and everything is solved...maybe we could even steal Raja back for CJ and Almond...

Dream Depth Chart

PG: Williams, Price, Knight (Price in the 1st half, Knight in the 2nd)
SG: Bell, Korver
SF: Brewer, AK,
PF: Okur, Millsap, Harpring
C: Okafor, Kosta, Fess

If you had Okafor who is one of the 5 legit big men capable of anchoring a defense would you trade him for a guy who is extremely injury prone, could leave you after one year, doesn't play defense and is coming off the worst stretch of play during his entire career?

If you offered me an 2 time all star with young talent for a building young team and a first round draft pick...ya I would take a serious look at it.

The Jazz would likely have to include a pick, and maybe even the lottery pick from next season.

Batronuj is right, yet If Bobcats front office accept it I'd do it without hesitation.

It really comes down to if the Jazz are willing to give Boozer another year to prove himself and if they are willing to part ways with their draft picks (most likely the NY pick)
