OT: Man Stabbed At Dodger Stadium

A man was stabbed multiple times at Dodger Stadium on Monday after getting into an argument with several men in a pickup truck, Los Angeles police said.

The stabbing was reported at 5:43 p.m. in parking lot 6 at Dodger Stadium, said Officer Karen Rayner. The victim, who was not immediately identified, was taken to a hospital, where he was listed in serious condition.

A man was beaten to death at last week's Angels' home opener.

Two deaths in two weeks! What is happening to Baseball? It sounds to me like MLB needs to step up it's security in around all it's stadiums.

Not sure any more security would help if a guy wanted to stab another guy in what was a presumably packed parking lot.

And the previous death was not a security issue.

Frankly, I would think twice about taking my family to the game if I heard that people were stabbing each other in the Dodgers' parking lot.

I hate to make such a broad-brush statement but I think the LA area has something to do with this. I don't have any fears going down to the Skydome.

Dodger stadium aint too bad. the old yankee stadium was pretty bad. all the scalpers are viciously low in the kind of stuff they pull to steal/rip you off.
