It's ben leon powe all day. Don't even compare Powe does it all. He can defend, post up, shotblock, and rebound better. He does have a midrange jumper I remember seeing it last year it wasn't bad he just doesn't use it. Leon Powe is the man 8-)

I want to resign Powe and, if possible, get something for Davis. I think Powe's the better player and most efficient in few minutes.

Interesting thread began on CB relating to Davis and Jeff Green.

Big Baby to eclipse Jeff Green?

On what planet and in what galaxy is BBD a better athlete?? :o :o

Didn't need a new topic so I'll just put this here....

Anybody notice Glen shooting from deep more these last two games? He shot 2 last night and made 1 and the game before he took one that he missed. All year long he's only taken 5, so it seems that he might be making an attempt to extend his range, these last couple of games. Has anyone noticed if he's taking them in shoot-arounds now? Or is he just goofing off in the last couple of games? Earlier in the season the coaching staff had to tell him to shoot the mid-range jumper, so maybe the coaching staff is telling him to shoot 3s now?

^^^ Its a good idea for BBD to learn the three ball. Mid-Range shots get all the love because they are so old school. But guys who like BBD shoot alot of them and fail inside or on the post end up with a very low eFG%. That's not good for a roleplayer.

I remember how everyone razzed Walker for taking threes. His 36% of whatever he shot from 3 was better then his "post" play. No one got blocked more then Walker in the post..

If it came down to signing one and letting the other go, I'd rather see Powe on the team.

The Celtics are 12-4 with Davis in the starting lineup this season, 3-4 with Powe, who opened the last two games at power forward. But Davis isn’t concerned about his place in the rotation.

Does this change anyone's opinion?

This question is so lopsided it's a joke.

Davis is one of the most ineffectual rebounders in the league.

Was anyone here actually *pleased* that Stubby (hey, he wanted the nickname, he got it) took 20 shots last night?? Yeah he made 11-12 of them, but how often is that gonna happen? If we're relying on Stubby to take 20 shots to keep us in these games, we are SCREWED!

I was pleased that he actually got his hands on some rebounds.

^I was shocked Stubby made a layup in traffic late in the game without getting his ass stuffed, as usual...
