You can't assume this is mental. He may be forcing himself into a high release point, again as shown here. Either way this is something that's been developing since last year and isn't a case of him having trouble focusing to start the year. His movement is gone, his velocity is down, his pitches are up, they need to get Wang to see something's wrong.
