The Raptors and the 76ers have agreed on a deal:

Raptors Trade:
Jose Calderon $7,438,017
Michael Redd $15,780,000
Marcus Banks $4,260,000
Ryan Hollins $972,581
Total: $28,450,598

76ers Trade:
Eduardo Najera $3,250,000
J.R. Smith $4,985,001
Kwame Brown $4,000,000
Eddie House $2,650,000
Juwan Howard $1,306,455
T.J. Ford $8,000,000

Raptors Agree. This give us more salary flexibility moving forward as well as more depth.

Guys, my deal with the Heat needs to be re-tooled. It doesn't work as I'm waiving after the trade, so neither Singleton/Rush can be claimed yet.

Minnesota and Philadelphia have agreed to a trade

Philly sends TPE and their 2012 1st round pick to Minnesota for Glen "Big Baby" Davis (711,517)

TPE was created to the Philly/Golden State trade (S.Jackson)

Minnesota gets a very far in the future #1 for Big Baby. Minnesota was prepaired to resign him on the cheap, but after his big 18 point performance in Game 1 of the playoffs, he has informed our front office that he wants more playing time then we were offering. So we helped him out by sending him somewere that wanted him, and would be willing to give him an extension.

Minnesota also claims K.Ollie and his (797,581) off of waivers

Cavs Trade

Anderson Varejao - 5,784,480
Yi Jianlian - 2,986,080
Total - 8,770,560 (*1.25=10,963,200)

Celtics Trade

Kendrick Perkins - 4,078,880
Etan Thomas - 6,864,200
Total - 10,943,080

The main reason for the Cavs to make this trade is to get some toughness off the bench. Perkins can come off the bench and do some dirty work. Thomas, while high-priced, is a 2010 expiring.

The Celtics accept. We're sad to let Perkins go, but we love Yi's potential, and Varejao can either be used as a trade asset or we can try to resign him this offseason or next.

The Memphis Grizzlies and Los Angeles Clippers have agreed upon a trade

Memphis sends:
2009 Orlando first (#27)

LA sends:
2011 Dallas first

Clippers accept. We needed a pick to fill the needs of our young squad and this helps us.

SAN and PHI have a deal to announce:

Philly sends/San Antonio receives:
Kenyon Martin: 14,431,818
Jarret Jack: 2,002,623
Boston 2009 1st (#28th overall)
Total: 16,434,441

San Antonio sends/Philly recieves:
Zydrunas Ilgauskas: 10,841,615
Sheldon Williams: 3,395,760
Willie Green: 3,388,000
Total: 17,625,375

Salaries work.

For San Antonio this trade is about potential. The potential we see in Jack, the potential we see in the 2009 1st, the potential in what Kmart might bring either through another trade or through play. In short, this trade is about trading pieces that have no potential for those that do.

Accepted. Philly Finally get out of martins deal. It took Jack and my pick to do so but its worth it to me. Camby Slides to PF, which gives me a huge front line. Williams expires and green is a fill in. Good deal for both sides i guess.

Minnesota will take on the additional 5.5 mil in 2010 to add draft picks

I think GS has 15 players on their roster prior to the trade (they would have 16 after); so GS needs to waive 1 player and the trade will go through.

Part 2

Washington sends: Darius Songaila

Miami sends: TPE worth $4,234,000

Miami accepts. We need post presence and JO doesn't interfere with our post 2010 plans. At the very least he is still a quality defender and decent scorer.

Trade on hold because the trade would put Washington over the roster limit. Thus Rush and Singleton are both on Miami (not on the teams that picked them up off of waivers)

I've been told that why22 (Phoenix's GM) hasn't been responding to people's e-mails and I have sent him an e-mail too and never got a response as well; in case my e-mail didn't get to why 22, why22 has 2 days to respond to this message, and if he hasn't by then, a replacement will be found. Or if anyone has heard from why22 in the last week, let me know as well.
