Pau Gasol most underrated player in league

Seriously it's hard to be the 2nd best player on a championship caliber team and be underrated but he is. Or maybe it's not hard to be underrated because Pippen was the most underrated player in his era.
Gasol is just great.
He is a top 10 player or pretty close.

i don't think he is ubderrated. i just think that the triangle fits a guy like him to a tee,plus playing second fiddle to the best player in the world helps.

well people probably still have last year's finals fresh in their mind. Gasol has gotten so much tougher and a lot more versatile. I mean he can hit open J's, back people down, and run the fast break. Plus he's made his precense known in the defensive end.

Im not sure I would trade him for any pf in the league. I can't think of 1.
KG is to old so I would turn that down and same with Duncan. They are both better right now but Gasol is younger. Maybe Dirk is better but honestly I take Gasol with his post game and ability to play C. Put him at C and he is the 3rd best center in the league. Put him at pf and he is top 4 in the league.
Every Laker fan loves to talk about Bynum and Ariza like there gods and now even Brown is getting some praise but Gasol is the freaking man.

definitely not underrated, i think some people are calling him arguably the #3 PF behind timmy and dirk and the #3 C behind dwight and yao

much the same way nash is tailor-made for SSOL

gasol is tailor made for the triangle

agreed, his skill set is PERFECT for this offense

he is definitely underrated, he usually gets forgotten when talking about the elite PF's in the league

He is usually forgotten because when he doesn't have the ball in his hands, he's almost non-existent.

I don't know if he's that underrated. I think a lot of people place him in top four PFs in the league. That seems about right. Probably equal 2nd with Dirk, IMO. Duncan is clearly the best PF in the league...

I think he is still pretty under-rated... for some reason people this he is only a decent or average defender which is simply not true... his FG% is just ridiculous

I definitely wouldnt say he's the most under-rated in the league though

Anything lower 2nd team will be underrating him.

gasol should be all-nba first team this yr. name a better PF? this is his best season so far and he's playing better than kg/duncan/dirk.

He is the 2nd best offensive PF in the league but the way he combos up with Kobe is just crazy good. I mean he came in last Feb and started playing like he was here since 2004.

He should defenately be 1st all nba team but he won't.
Duncan is clearly the best PF in the league but he is a Center but what about KG? Who is better KG or Gasol? Last year I would have said KG for sure but now I don't know.

last time I checked, Gasol plays for LA and not for Cleveland.
