Brian Billick... a case he made for qb valuation

Last night on AM 1000, I heard him say that since 1990, only 30% of first round qb's were "any good".

Under that premise, that means a qb who is "any good", is worth more than 3 first round picks. I was a big fan of the Cutler trade and did NOT think we gave up too much considering two tries with first rounders still does not guarantee us that we found a franchise qb.

Is there anyone out there who feels we gave up too much still? Who is not convinced by Billick's analysis (which was really aimed at a conversation about Stafford to the Lions more than Cutler to the Bears)?
