I had a dream we traded our pick...

for Rip Hamilton. I was so mad, I liked Rip but we traded it before the lottery even came. The lottery happened and we won and I was livid because we already traded the pick. It was pretty jacked up. The front office kept telling us it was a great move and that they weren't concerned about the lottery.

Possible for us to sign Wally and trade him for Rip? Wally was picked 6th and Rip was picked 7th in 1999, so we should be able to get cash considerations from Detroit on top of it.

Make it happen GM-to-be!

There were actually quite a few discussions back in the day about swapping Wally for Hamilton. Most Wolfies were against it.

I wouldn't be against making such a deal just not for Rip.

Be careful, I actually had a dream last year that we moved Mayo for Love+Miller. Ask TF21 I sent him a txt the morning of the draft.

rev, mind having a dream about us winning the lottery in a couple weeks, and OKC getting #2?

Then would you mind having another dream about us trading Blake Griffin and Sebastian Telfair for Jeff Green and Ricky Rubio?

Ha, this was a while ago, and I can't vouch on the exact details but I do recall that you dreamt Mayo would be traded for Love.
