Oden against Yao is trying to push himself against Yao to hit the post and Yao has his arms straight up. He isn't clawing, grabbing, hooking, or pushing with 2 hands against ODEN.

Maybe when you drive to the basket, you should try to finish and not look for a foul. All our Rocket players don't go, yeahhhhh lets run into other players and pray we get a foul. We try to finish the play, not cry about it.

Oden IS a fouling machine. Just not all of his fouls should have been called.

AND LOL about not crying about it. Adelamn and Yao are huge crybabies. And good for them, it seems to be working. Adelman did the same thing while he was Portland's coach, and it worked then as well. Portland on the other hand does not complain a lot about the officials. Most fans are saying "finally" now that McMillan has done so a bit.

All your Rocket players are getting calls, which is why they aren't praying for a foul.

It will be so much fun to read the next game thread if Portland gets the benefit of some calls. Just like Game 2 when all of you whined about the calls.

ROFL like i said Winning makes people see things differently. If you think a Coach saying something in the media had an outcome, please do recall JVG was calling out the Ref's during the Dallas Series and guess what "We still got royally screwed"

Portland fans can't look in the mirror and realize, you guys are simply getting outplayed in the series, we are out rebounding, out hustling and making less crucial T/O.

I am not even predicting the Rockets will win this series because we know nothing is safe for Houston Rockets.

However if we lose, I won't be crying about the refs. I will look at our team and realize what they did wrong instead of bailing them out with "Ref help"

but whatever, like I said. If it was 3-1 portland and the Ref calls was still like this, you guys won't give a crap.

It really doesn't matter who gets out of this round, we all know its going to be a Lakers vs Cavs final.

A couple of things.

Yes, Houston is out hustling Portland for sure. They seem to want it more, or at least no how to get it better.

If Portland were up 3-1 it would be because the games weren't being called this way.

I couldn't agree more with the last thing you said.

As for if you lose you won't be crying about the officials, that is great. However Texasholdem proves my point. He is whining about the only game you lost, and that game the FT's were even until the end when Houston started intentionally fouling. Houston would have won if Yao wasn't in foul trouble he says. Roy fouled out of game 3, yet that doesn't seem to be the same. haha

Anyway. I don't hate the Rockets, and like I said if they win the series I hope they kill K*be and the L*kers. I actually live in Houston now after living in Portland all my life. The team seems like a group of good guys and all of them play hard now that T-Mac is hurt

Houston made 4 intentional fouls in game 2
Portland made 4 intentional fouls in game 3

Brandon Roy fouled out - boo freaking hoo. He only has himself to blame. Who the hell told him to intentionally foul Aaron Brooks? Let one of your teammates do that not you.

I didn't say the Rockets WOULD have won game 2, I said MIGHT have.
Harden is still a work-in-progress. He can score, but he can't help his teammate that much - Yao Ming

I have no idea why Portland fans are in here complaining about the refs  . If you want to complain go do it on your own board. You're not going to be convincing anyone here.

From a neutral fans standpoint, it doesn't seem like either team is getting shafted any more than the other. Artest is getting away with holding and grabbing Brandoy Roy about as much as Oden/Pryzbilla are getting away with doing it to Yao, maybe slightly moreso. Everything else seems to be called fairly to me, though. Portland isn't getting to the line as much as they'd like because everyone on the team is launching jumpshots from 20+ feet, including their post-up guy LaMarcus Aldridge. Oden and Pryz arent trying to create offense in the post so no fouls are gonna be called there. The one guy who goes to the rim for Portland (Roy) is the one shooting free throws. Its not rocket science.

Battier isn't really fouling Roy, its just Artest. But if Ron and Greg/Joel were called for every foul they commit on Brandon and Yao they'd all be out of the game by halftime. All things considered, the calls have been pretty evenly keeping people in the game who probably shouldn't be.
