No contest. THE TRUTH = EPITOME OF CLUTCH. Game tier and Game winner this time.

Rondo has been our best player for 5 straight games, what more can we ask for?

went with Paul though. Never gets old seeing him hit big shots for us.

Uh...you might want to add that guy that got 16 and 19 with 7 blocks. Just sayin'...

Perk is a BEAST.

Perkins at least deserves to be listed. Heck of a game for the big man.

Perkins had a monster statline
BBD was sick with the scoring and also had the best +/- on the team followed by ray who fouled out

but Pierce got this baby. Those kinds of overtimes are the things of legends.

never mind that. This was a TOTAL bounceback game after fouling out in game 4, to finish game 5 with ZERO fouls...he played 48 minutes...ya might as well call him Bill Russell today!

In before the lock!

When a new, corrected poll is posted, I plan to vote for Perk.

Pierce showed when we needed him. Rondo is still rondic, but yes Perk had a beastly performance and completely deserves to be considered. The big three was Pierce, Rondo and Perk today.

Perk - the whole game was great he was everywhere catching balls that he had no business catching, but more than anything was that block on Rose on the offensive rebound.

We weren't winning this one without everything we got from everyone.

Though I really want to give it to Rondo for ending this game the way it needed to end if you now what I mean.

I apologize for leaving Perk off. He did have a monster game and should have been listed. My apologies again.

However,

Who took over the goddam game in Q4, hit the gametieing shot in regulation, and then drained 4 more Js in OT including the gamewinner = PAUL **** PIERCE = THE TRUTH = THE EPITOME OF CLUTCH. By the way, he finished with 26 points on 50% shooting.

The play of the game was Rondo's foul on Brad Miller.

Game winning play. Kept Celtics ahead by 2 points.

Rondo's 28 points, 11 assists and 8 rebounds were nice, too.
Rondo outshot Pierce, percentage wise, as well.

To be honest I am surprised he put anybody but PP. I figured PP would be the only option.

It's pierce in my oppinion. When he was hitting those shots, swishing them, he gave me hope. I thought the only way the celtics lose this game is if something downright stupid happens (cough Tony Allen cough) or Ben Gordon were to continue being Ben Jordan even with the leg problem.

Pierce followed by Rondo, and Perk.

It's Rondo for me. He's clearly been our best player for 5 straight games, I've gotta keep giving him cigars until that stops.

Pierce is a close second, but Rondo kept us in the game early AND played well late.
