I think Marbury has gotten a bad rap for the most part. I mean how would you feel if you came into a season slimer, stronger, and ready to have a great year just to have the rug pulled from under you by your coach. D'antoni gave him no shot and they let Duhon run the show. Marbury is very stubborn when someone turns their back on him and rightfully so. The team was going in a new direction and they wanted nothing to do with him. Plus the ny media can eat a player alive. The man had so many people pass away last year and it was very tough for him to get through. He had to seek psychiatric help to get him through it. I think he really needed a change or scenery and that is what Boston provided him. My number one goal in the offseason is to sign marbury to a 2-3 year deal.

That e60 episode was a great piece.

I don't want any part of Marbury next season.

It's great that he's now a great guy and all. Touching. Too bad his skills are long gone. He isn't half the athlete he was, doesn't have the quickness anymore. He never was a great outside shooter anyways. About all he can do now is run a team, but that's never been his strong suit. He's done.

Too bad he wasn't such a great guy when he had all-world skills.
