Will Garnett return for Game 7???

We started a thread on this on the Bulls forum but I thought it would be interesting to see how the Celtics fans feel about it. Personally I think he will. And I hope to God the Bulls are prepared if he does.

No. He knows they can do it without him.

If Rondo's not in the game, my answer may change, but I don't think Rondo will be suspended.

I thought rosters were set for each series, meaning he can't come back.

^^Garnett was on the playoff roster, it was just announced though that he wouldnt play.

Hmm. I was thinking more Game 3 vs. Orlando -- i.e., a road game that the Celts "should" lose.

But a Willis Reed act on the home court, after access to the full team medical resources? That would actually make a lot more sense, if it's actually ever going to happen.

imagine if he did and tried to do something crazy and ended up in pain on the floor? then being helped off the court by teammates? eh then he can pull his paul pierce act and run back out of the tunnel and score 30+ to win the game...

I've been guessing KG might return in your guys' darkest hour, but I'm suspecting he expected it to be at least in the second round like game 5 or 7, if it was needed, he might try it now, but I don't know if he's really ready, if he is then he probably coulda played the whole series and was doing it moreso for the theatrics.

Nope, no KG....people need to get over it. He was *this close* to having surgery last week...no **** way they risk further injury to him just to potentially get by the Bulls...

He can play but not effectively. A win over Chicago isn't worth it.

Now, if we start talking Orlando and Cleveland, that changes things.
