Penguins vs Capitals: A Series with Epic Potential

For the first time in their young careers, Sidney Crosby and Evgini Malkin will face off against Alexander Ovechkin and Alexander Semin in a 7 game series, in what could turn out to be an epic battle for the ages. Not only are the best young superstars in the game squaring off, but the intense rivalry between these teams has grown to substantial proportions over the past 3 seasons. Sid and Malk hate Ovvy, and Ovvy hates them. This series will be tough, it will be rough, and it will be very skillful. Game one Saturday, May 2nd, 1pm EST, dont miss it! Anyone who is a fan of hockey should tune in to see this game, as it will set the tone for the rest of the series. I expect nothing less than blood bath.

Prediction, Pens take game one 4-2, and take the series in 6.

I think there is bound to be some disappointment because of the insane hype surrounding it. But i do expect a really good series, and, as you, Pens to win.

I'll be interested to see how feisty Crosby and Ovechkin are towards each other. Who knows, maybe they could drop the gloves; now that would be fun!

This series has been great so far because it has been nothing but about Sid and Ovechkin. That is all the media is making it out to be. Malkin is going to have a monster series and the Pens win in 6. It's not a homer pick either. Pens 3rd Line >> Washingtons 3rd line, Pens defense >> Washingtons defense, Fleury >> Valarmov
