Brown out for season, bye bye Super Bowl.
No chance we make it to the SuperBowl this year.
Are Offense is worse then last years and with no Brown to improve our D we fawked.
Good night season, atlest we had the first half of the Chargers game.

we didn't have brown for half of last year and we were fine.... our depth at safety is much better than last year w/ manning and harris as backups, so our D will be fine and STILL is better than last year... Our offense got dominated by one of the best defensive teams in the nfl... i see no reason why we cannot win the nfc again, because clearly we still are the best team.

Chris Harris got traded to the Panthers but we do have Archuleta, Manning & McGowan.

Can we some how pull the wool over the eyes of the Eagles to take Brian Dawkins? I know I'll miss seeing Mike Brown out there. But we'll survive, and heck, lets hope our guys man up, step it up, and just take that damn Lombardi Trophy for guys like Mike Brown, Brian Urlacher, and for our other long time vets.

I just can't see it. I see him either getting cut or becoming a coach. For the last three years the Bears have built around him in the secondary. It's now time for someone else to take his spot because we can't rely on him staying healthy. If they can somehow bring in a younger free agent (than archuleta) with experience, I'd hang on to Brown and see if he works out. Otherwise, they need to assume he won't be there.

I really hope he can still remain with the team in some facet, mainly coaching. I dont think he should play anymore after suffering an ACL, not to mention, he had an achilles rupture too in his career. He's got high Football IQ not to mention passion. He's worth keeping as a mentor, not as a player.
